Keep calm and don’t fuck it up
What’s New?
Spent some time in the UK and Ireland this spring break! in the UK we explored London, York, and a small seaside town called Hull. We stayed with some friends in London exploring the sights like West Minster Abbey and Big Ben. As well as some smaller sights like local pubs in a neighborhood called Kilburn. York is known as the city of a thousand ghosts. We explored some of the Victorian architecture and the original Roman walls that run within the city. We stayed at a local hotel where the owners made a proper English breakfast with beans and black pudding! In Hull we visited the local aquarium and had a fish and chips feast.
Next on our list was Dublin, we spent a total of 3 days exploring the old churches and learning about the viking history that took place on the island. One of those days we spent pub crawling to find the perfect pint of Guinness, my recommendation is Grogans on Willam Street South! Being half Irish made this part of the trip especially memorable and was something I’ve wanted to see since I was a kid! So grateful to experience such a magical place, I highly recommend!
